Cancellation Policy:
Orders maybe cancelled without charge up until the moment when the cattle has been rounded-up for shipment, we will charge your credit card at that point. We cannot accept cancellations once the animal leaves the ranch. If you wish to cancel or change your order please email us promptly at support@ranneyranch.com, if you do not receive confirmation please call us at 505-849-8141. No order is considered cancelled until you have received a cancellation confirmation.
Return Policy:

Shipments:
You are purchasing a live animal on the hoof. After receipt of your order, we will send you a bill-of-sale for your beef (for your signature) and as your agent arrange it for shipment to the meat processing facility. Order processing, transfer of the cattle to the processor, dry-ageing, and packaging of the beef takes a minimum of four weeks. We will contact you with a schedule when we receive your order. If you wish to use an alternate meat processor please contact us directly. Orders are shipped from the meat processor via FedEx, we will email you the tracking number. Shipping is not available to APO/P.O. boxes or outside of the FedEx delivery area or to rural areas where timely delivery cannot be certain. We will contact you when your shipment is ready and confirm a delivery date. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage. Packaged meats are frozen and cooled in shipment with dry-ice by the meat processor. Coolers are shipped on Monday for receipt by Wednesday or Thursday if Express-shipped, or by Friday if ground-shipped. Due to weather and other circumstances some items may partially thaw.
