We sell half and whole beeves directly from the Ranch and will send you (for your signature) a bill of sale for your animal and will arrange for your processing, packaging, and shipping.  A half beef will yield approximately 100-110 lbs of cut beef; a whole beef will yield 200-220 lbs.  Step-up to the delicious taste of free-range grass-fed beef.
